What an amazing year 2012 was!
So many shifts and awakenings. I love to look back at what major changes I have made and how they have effected my life in a more positive way.
This is the time to reflect on how we have lived our lives and if it will continue to work for us.
If we feel discontent, anxious, or off in anyway, it would be a good time to look at what we are doing to create these upsets in our lives.
Now, you might have just had the thought, “Me? I haven’t done anything. If it weren’t for my boyfriend, I would feel okay.” The thought could be anything like that statement, blaming others for how you feel.
If we want to create a happy, blissful life, the first thing we have to do is take ownership for what we are truly creating.
I have talked to so many people that have said, “I’m so happy this year is over.” I understand if it was a tough year; seeing it go is a relief. But what if you look at trauma or drama as gifts to evolve and live your life more present and at peace?
If you learned through all the “horrible” situations to become a better person, more loving, more peaceful and happier, would that make it a great year?
So, just by owning what we create in our lives can bring us a happy and peaceful existence.
I like that because the other side is that I have no power and my happiness lies in the hands of others. That doesn’t work for me because nobody is going to care about me like me, right? Look at 2012 again and see what your part is in the creation. Then move into 2013 knowing that you have the power to create your life the way you want and no one else has that power.
I wish you happiness, joy, and a lot of love in 2013, as well as awareness and learning to help you evolve.
