About the Course:
While this course is designed to take up to 4 weeks, you are encouraged to go at your own pace, and to revisit your previous progress as you need reinforcement. You now have access to all four course segments as listed below, but the skills and techniques are designed to build on each other, so you are encouraged to go through the course segments in order to get the most out of them.

A Welcome Note From Debra Beck
Hello parent. First, I want to commend you on taking this step to connect with your teen in a whole new way. Your commitment to showing up for your teen is honorable. I am so excited for you to start this process of connecting with your teen. Imagine, having a relationship with your teen that is respectful and loving.
I am here for you all along the way for additional guidance. Just contact me and I will make time.
I have helped thousands of teenage girls develop their self-esteem and start to make better decisions for themselves and guided parents through these turbulent teenage years giving them the tools they need to support their teens.
This is a 4-week program, and it works best if you do 1 week at a time. You can re-read over the week you are working on, but please do not move forward to future weeks until you have completed the current week.
The idea of the program is for you to have a better understanding of what life is like for your teen and how your interactions are critical to your connection to her. If you disagree with anything written here, humor me and do your best to get through the weeks until the end.
I have no doubt in my mind that you will see big shifts in both the interaction between you and your teen and how she will start treating you differently. This program will open up your heart to your teen and allow her to open her heart to you!
