News Anchor Jennifer Livingston, 37, an anchor at WKBT-TV in Wisconsin, received an email last week from a viewer criticizing her size. "Obesity is one of the worst choices a person can make and one of the most dangerous habits to maintain," the viewer said. "I leave you this note hoping that you'll reconsider your responsibility as a local public personality to present and promote a healthy lifestyle." He also stated that she wasn't a suitable example for the community's young people.  Who made up these rules that to be a good role model we have to look a certain way. The way the media thinks we should look, thin! Maybe being on TV and a prominent news anchor while being a bit over weight is a good role model.  The statement would be, that even though I'm not a size 4, I still like myself and I can be successful. Clearly this viewer stands in huge judgement of himself because when we judge others, it's only because we are harshly judging ourselves.  The email was very critical and she refers to it as bullying and I agree. Please view the video and tell me what you think!
